The giffgaff tariffs offered by this network are exclusively pay-as-you-go. Goodybags are monthly bundles that include minutes, texts and data. They are designed to simulate a monthly contract but with the advantage that they can be changed or cancelled to another one at the end of each month. Unlike traditional contracts, goodybags are paid for in advance and once activated they last for the next 30 days. During this time, no credit is deducted from your balance.
Once the goodybag is spent or expired, you return to the pay-as-you-go rate, called credit. To avoid this, you can recur your goodybag every month. This service is activated by default once the SIM card activation process has finished. We highly recommend you leave this option activated, so you don’t have to worry about the day your goodybag expires and have to manually renew it again month by month. This can be disabled at any time from the giffgaff control panel.
